We improved the digital travel boards and digital ecosystem for Bane NOR.
A long partnership with Bane NOR resulted in a new identity, design system and functionality for travel information
To stress test the new identity we chose four pilot projects. This ensured that the tools held up and we could easily expand and change the tools bases on the functionality/needs.
Banenor.no was one of many digital surfaces that we created using the new identity.
Improvements across the entire information ecosystem was made, working closely with train operators such as Vy, Flytoget, and SJ to identify pain points. Some issues were minor and easily solved—for example, correcting elements that displayed in the wrong color.
Others required deeper investigation, involving research, user testing, and more complex implementation to ensure lasting improvements.
